Two passengers shot dead inside the bus

According to a web-based document, he was shot while sleeping on a bus passing through a mountainous area in the southern lane of Caranglan, Nueva Ecija.
Additionally, the two patients are reported to be a couple who boarded a bus owned by Victory Liner, which was headed to Manila from Tuguegarao Town in Cagayan province.
After the announcement, others asked questions regarding passengers, One of the patients was a 60-year-old woman from Cauayan City, while the other was from Koronadal, South Cotabato.
