Pendulum exercise

  • Bend at the waist and let the arms hang comfortably away from the body.
  • While moving your arms from the joints near the shoulders, rotate your body in a circular motion.
  • Keep doing small movements while relaxing the shoulders. Keep doing this for 2-3 minutes.

Tabletop arm slides

  • Sit on a chair near the tabletop. Raise the affected arm and rest the hand on the table with the other hand.
  • Stay in this position for 5-10 seconds. Using the same motion, return to an upright position.

Wall slide

  • Stand facing the wall. Place both palms against the wall.
  • Put your hands on the wall. The entire arms should also move upwards.

  • Take towel in right hand. Slowly move the aching shoulder back and grab the towel.
  • Gently pull the towel up. This movement helps to stretch the aching arm. Do this for a few minutes every day.
